Hispanic Heritage Month

Wakelon Elementary is looking for volunteers to participate in a Read-In event! On Wednesday, September 24th we are inviting guest readers to read aloud to students in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month! There are time slots available from 9:30am to 11:30 am. Bus Transportation

Wakelon families, if your student is riding a school bus during the 2025-2026 school year, please register at https://www.wcpss.net/Page/59726.  If you have questions, please call (919) 404-3844 and ask for our Assistant Principal, Andrew Bahm, and he can answer any questions you have!

Wakelon Bus Board

Wakelon families, Here Comes the Bus App and Directions allow you to see a real-time update on when buses arrive and leave campus. Please check the East Wake Transportation Updates each AM and PM for updates on delays in your student's route each day. You can also check the AM Bus Board and PM Bus Board which will give you updates on each bus daily.
