Did you miss out on the botany/ecology plant sale in the greenhouse? Are you looking for something fun for the family to do on Saturday June 3rd? Come to the Walnut Creek Wetland Center on Peterson Street (across from Carnage toward State Street) and check out Mud day. The Carnage PTSA and Mrs. Zeches will be there selling plants, there will be a milk weed planting station, mud painting, creek walks and food trucks. Check out the attached flyer for more information.
Volunteer proctors are needed for EOGs to meet state testing requirements. Volunteers must be registered and approved by Wake County Public School System. If you are not registered, you may register on Mondays at any WCPSS school. Proctors should plan to volunteer with testing from 7:30am-noon. Testing may take slightly longer or finish slightly earlier.
Volunteers will need to attend one of the scheduled proctor sessions, prior to the start of testing. Proctor training sessions will be offered on the dates and times listed. All of the training sessions will be in Carnage's media center. Please pick ONE that will best fit your schedule. We greatly appreciate the support of the community during testing.

North Carolina law now requires Tdap and Meningococcl vaccines for entry into 7th grade.
Please review the flyer below for "what you need to do" and where to get these vaccines. Immunization documentation can be submitted to the main office at anytime. You do not have to wait until next school year to submit your documentation.

Our Adult Evening Education program now offers a variety of certificate programs and classes online.
Some students are talking about the miniseries "13 Reasons Why," dealing with a student's death by suicide. We do not recommend that your student watch the series. However, if you choose to watch it, here is some helpful information for healthy discussion about it.
